The Flex MBar 6" is a 15-cm steel bar, encased in foam for extra comfort. One end has a swivel attachment eye (eyebolt), which you can use for one-sided resistance training. Screw the other end directly into a Flex Disc for full freedom of movement and multiple hand positions.

The Flex MBar is a modular pole system consisting of four separate parts and can be used with one or two attachment points. Thanks to its clever design, you can easily put together different lengths, from as little as 15 cm to as much as 11 metres. Use the bars separately, combine them into a longer bar or connect them to a Flex Disc to create a 360° movable Flex Roller. Ideal for intensive core training.
All configurations are compatible with the Flex Cord Classic or cable machines, providing a wide range of training options.
