This multifunctional soft plyo box is ideal if you are looking for a user-friendly compact sturdy plyo box that takes up little space.
The soft plyo box is tiltable at 3 heights:
- 51 cm (20 inches)
- 61 cm (24 inches)
- 76 cm (30 inches)

Thanks to its firm but soft padding, this plyo box is stable and safe. In terms of dimensions, it is similar to our wooden version. And has the same properties as the stackable soft plyo boxes, but is much more compact and cheaper to buy.

The Core Power Soft Plyo Box 3-in-1 is suitable for intensive use (just make sure the floor is clean and level). This plyo box is safer and softer than the wooden plyo box. With box jumps, you have more cushioning which puts less strain on the joints. Should you ever jump off the plyo box, the soft foam layer will protect your legs.

The movements practised with plyometric training are explosive and functional. Think of twisting, throwing, pushing, jumping and running, these are all functional movements.
