The Myzone MZ-20 scale is designed to enable you, the user, to track your progress at home. The sleek, digital, Bluetooth-equipped scale, available in two colours (white and black), works by synchronising data directly with the Myzone App. Ideal if you want to check all your body data regularly to make sure you stay on track with your goals. The MZ-20 not only measures weight, but also body fat%, muscle mass, body moisture and much more.

You can also use the MZ-20 Home Scale and link it to the Myzone App if you don't (yet) have a Myzone Belt.

How to connect?

• Stand on the MZ-20 scale and it will automatically turn on and show your weight.
• To pair the MZ-20 scale with your Myzone App, turn on your Smartphone Bluetooth capability, stand on the scale, select 'My Body Metrics' tile in the Myzone app, and click the MZ-20 Home Scale button to view your readings. Your results will then be entered into the My Body Metrics section of the Myzone app and tracked.

*You do not need to be a Myzone user to use the MZ-20 Home Scale.
