Stroops double gun slastix
The Stroops Double Gun allows fighters to train their entire body (both upper and lower) by providing resistance at the hands and feet. This added resistance trains you to act faster and more explosively during moves and takedowns. Resistance from behind requires more force to be used and makes it harder to stay balanced as the four individual Slastix pull on the four limbs.
Different resistances:
Medium: 9kg
Heavy: 11kg
Very heavy: 16kg
