THE IMPROVED VERSION OF THE SON OF THE BEAST
The Son Of The Beast Pro consists of 1 Power Pull Belt, 2 carabiners, 2 anchors and 2 agility dots in addition to the 2 Battle Ropes.
The 2 battle ropes (3 m) with a loop at the ends for a secure and comfortable grip. The colour of the loop indicates the resistance. The Son of the Beast Pro is also available in 4 resistances: 21 kg - 47 lbs silver | 35 kg - 77 lbs black | 47 kg - 105 lbs gold | 68 kg - 150 lbs orange. The elastic bands have a protective nylon cover so you can train safely. The light weight makes it easy to take the Son of the Beast with you.
The Son of the Beast activates your core and gives you a total body workout, improving your strength and endurance. Unlike traditional (non-elastic) heavy ropes, the Son of the Beast is designed to create resistance, causing all muscles throughout the body to tighten. With the Son of the Beast, you can do even more than with traditional battle ropes; such as rotational movements (activating the core), lateral movements (improving core stability). Thereby improving cardiovascular system and grip strength throughout the workout.
