The Son of the Beast is available in 4 resistances: 21 kg - 47 lbs silver | 35 kg - 77 lbs black | 47 kg - 105 lbs gold | 68 kg - 150 lbs orange. The elastic bands have a protective nylon cover so you can train safely. The light weight makes it easy to take the Son of the Beast with you.
