This set includes all 2 high resistance bands with progressive resistance levels: medium (green) and heavy (blue).

Available in 4 progressive resistance levels, the High Resistance Bands are ideal solutions for flexibility training, rehabilitation after injuries and whole-body training.
Each band is a 104 cm long and 0.4 cm thick continuous loop, complete with instructions and a recommended exercise schedule.
The width of the loops is different:

The oval TheraBand indicator shows the band at rest. When the band is stretched to twice its length at rest (100% stretch), the indicator is a circle. This helps improve the user's technique and monitor progression.
The estimated resistance levels are based on pull-out forces between 100 and 200%:
