Product omschrijving
Place your hands or feet on the BOSU® Elite and feel how the dome responds to the pressure you apply. The sturdy Reactive Dome provides elastic resistance, allowing you to specifically work on strength, stability and explosiveness. This turns a familiar exercise into a whole new challenge.
The design helps you to move mindfully. The Power Line™ gives you a clear guide for the positioning of your hands, feet and body.
The Power Zone, with its honeycomb pattern, marks the area where you make the most of the dome’s springiness.
You can feel what you’re doing and make precise adjustments to your posture during the exercise.
From intensive core training to squats and upper-body exercises: the BOSU Elite offers plenty of opportunities to expand your training.
The reinforced base provides a sturdy foundation, whilst the dome constantly challenges you to combine strength and control.
