The Stroops Cheetah Belt is a specialist tool to develop quicker lateral movements, with the athlete working against 360-degree resistance.
Lateral resistance training. A ring is attached to both sides to which a Slastix Clip can be attached. The other end of the Slastix Clips can be held by a coach or attached to a fixed object in the room.
Various exercises can be weighted in this way.
