The Beastie Ball is not a replacement for the RumbleRoller, but offers a targeted solution for specific applications. This massage ball is ideal for precisely treating problem areas or massaging smaller muscles such as the upper arms and calves.
Original or X-Firm?
The Beastie Ball is available in two versions:
the Original (transparent), which is solid with flexible protrusions, and the X-Firm (green), which is extra sturdy.
All Beasties are free of latex and phthalates and are made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
Which version is best for you depends on your pain threshold and how you use the ball. If you use the Beastie on the floor and put your full weight on it, the Original is recommended. If you use the ball against the wall, requiring less force, the X-Firm a better choice.
For a complete body treatment and trying out different techniques, it is useful to have both versions in the house. In addition to the Beastie Ball + Base, there is also the Beastie Bar + Stands. With the Bar + Stands, you can also massage hands-free.
