The Gymstick consists of 2 sections of 75 cm, which you turn into a 1.30-metre-long fibreglass stick with comfortable foam grip using the easy quick-lock mechanism, the ends have elastic tubings attached to the loops.

1-10 kg - Green - juniors, seniors, rehabilitation
1-15 kg - Blue - fit juniors, women, very fit seniors
1-20 kg - Black - fit women, men
1-25 kg - Silver - very fit women, fit men
