The 2nd Generation PTP SuperBand Combo+ 3 Pack is a versatile set of resistance bands for assisted pull ups, strength training, mobility and sports-oriented exercises. Thanks to the three resistance levels, you train in a targeted way and easily build up in intensity. The bands can be used separately or combined to suit different exercises and fitness levels.
Weights:
- Ultra Light: 2.3 to 6.8 kg / 5.1 to 15 lbs
- Light: 11.4 to 22.7 kg / 25.1 to 50 lbs
- Medium: 22.7 to 34.1 kg / 50 to 75.2 lbs
