The dual-therapy technology helps stimulate blood flow and assists in reducing muscle soreness, swelling and inflammation.
Thanks to the full coverage fit, the sleeve fits nicely to most body types and fits effortlessly into any recovery routine. Ideal for active recovery days or after an intense workout, when your muscles could use extra support. Use the sleeve for up to 10 to 20 minutes per session for long-lasting and comfortable relief.
Cold use:
- Place the sleeve in the resealable bag provided and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove from packaging and apply to desired area.
- Use a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes per session.
Warm use:
- Remove the sleeve from the resealable bag provided and heat in the microwave for 30 sec.
- Always check the temperature first. Need extra heat? Reheat in 10-second increments.
- Never heat longer than 60 sec in total. The sleeve should feel warm to the touch, not hot.
- Never heat when the sleeve is still frozen.
- Use a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes per session.
