The Flowin Pro Plus is the superlative in Friction Training, designed to take your training to the next level. The same principle as the Flowin Pro. The new surface has a friction resistance significantly higher than the standard Pro board.

Flowin offers a new, functional and, above all, practical take on strength training: 'Friction Resistance Training'. The Flowin training concept was created by a group of elite elite athletes, where the friction created while performing the movement creates resistance for an effective workout. Friction Resistance Training is performed on a Flowin Friction Plate. Workout pads allow movements to be performed on the surface of the Friction Plate, stabilising the core muscles to allow movements to be controlled. The resistance you experience during the exercise can vary by using different movement patterns, contact points, speeds and size of movement.

'Training from the inside out' Unlike many fitness machines, where you mostly train one muscle group 'in isolation', Flowin focuses on 'integrated strength exercises'. With these exercises, you don't just train one muscle group at a time, but make multiple muscle groups work together effectively.

The size of the Flowin plate (138 x 98 cm) allows both standing, sitting and lying training, using body weight as a 'workload' throughout the workout.
