TRX Thick Grips are designed to improve grip strength quickly and easily. You slip them over the handles of the TRX Suspension Trainer, dumbbells and Olympic barbells to additionally activate the muscles in fingers, hands and forearms. Thanks to the durable, textured PVC rubber, they increase the challenge of your workout while maintaining the original grip functionality, such as rotation on Suspension Trainer handles or a static grip on dumbbells.
The Thick Grips are made of the same material as the handles of the TRX Pro4 system and are suitable for both competitive athletes and those looking for extra support in their workouts.
