Train as if you were moving on ice or snow, but just indoors. With the Power Slider Pro, you work on your fitness, balance, strength and endurance in an intensive and controlled way. This form of training activates both the lower and upper body and effectively increases your cardiovascular capacity.
The exercises can be performed in a variety of positions, such as standing, lunge, plank or push up, giving you endless variation in your workouts. Suitable for any level, from beginner to elite athlete.
The mat measures 1.80 x 0.50 metres, has a non-slip underside for maximum stability and comes with a pair of slide booties and a workout programme. After use, simply roll up the Power Slider and store it compactly in the included carry bag.
