The disc is an essential part of Handy Gym, as without it there would be no resistance.
The resistance level of the training session depends on the inertia level of the selected discs, and also on how fast and strong an exercise is.
All discs are extremely light and the exercise is not about lifting that weight.
Choose the power pulleys you deem suitable, depending on the muscle group(s) to be trained and the level of strength you need. Use the double power pulley if you need more strength.
