The Handy Gym uses flywheel technology, making eccentric training possible everywhere. As the flywheel mechanism rotates, it creates a force that does not require gravity, thus creating resistance training without lifting a single kilo.

When you pull the cord of the Handy Gym, the Concentric phase begins. This ensures that the mechanism is brought up to speed and the cord reaches length. When the cord reaches its maximum length, the eccentric phase starts automatically due to this released force. The idea is to "hold back" this so that you yourself provide force in this eccentric phase. Then the concentric phase starts again.

The "Evolution" line Is the latest upgraded version of the Handy Gym . The same machine with an improved mechanism and improve durability. The result is a stronger, smoother and less noisy machine to give you a better experience:
