Use and cleaning
Your Ergostone can be heated in different ways:
MAGNETRON
2-4 minutes on full power
OVEN
10-15 minutes at 100-150 degrees.
WATER
5-10 minutes in boiling water.
COOLING
If you want to cool it, put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
CLEANING
Soap and water or disinfectant.
