The MZ-Switch from Myzone is the all-round heart rate monitor that you can easily wear alternately on your chest, arm or wrist, depending on your activity. For the first time, Myzone can also track your performance underwater. Your data is automatically saved and you track your heart rate and effort in real time on the screen. Move through coloured zones to earn Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), so every effort counts.
Carry options:
- Breast belt: For the most accurate measurements during almost any workout (except swimming).
- Wrist and armband: Perfect for activities without grasping and repetitive movements. Swimming can only be done with the wristband.
