Complete set for resistance training

The alphaband Trainer consists of 5 resistance bands in different strengths, double handle that you can grip with one or both hands and an anchor pendulum with integrated door anchor.

The double grip allows you to train with very high resistances. The carabiners combined with the 5 band strengths allow you to adjust the resistance to the current exercise in a split second. The anchor sling and door anchor allow you to attach the trainer anywhere, for example to a pull-up bar, eyelets, tree or door.

If you perform the movements quickly and explosively, the workout becomes strength, endurance and flexibility training. If you perform the exercises in a controlled manner and with maximum resistance, your muscles increase and your strength increases. You can use both hands simultaneously or one hand. The double grip always guarantees an optimal and gentle position of the wrists under load.
