The SoftBell Weight Plate (neoprene) is filled with sand or steel balls. Use the SoftBell Weight Plate for many traditional sandbag exercises and explosive strength movements such as slams, tosses and throws. Available in various weights from 0.7-4.5 kg (1.5-10 lbs).
