The Universal Swivel Belt allows you to resist movement without disturbing your range of motion. The anchor point on the belt swivels, allowing you to rotate almost 360 degrees. Attach the Slastix Resistance Band to the Universal Swivel Belt to make your movements easier or more challenging.

2x Biceps cuffs
Band that can be fastened around the biceps/upper arms by means of Velcro and to which Slastix Clips can be attached.
Develops powerful shoulder and arm movements by allowing the athlete to move their entire body. The Shoulder Surge encourages focus on shoulder strength by overcoming elastic resistance. The coach remains stationary, with the Swivel belt on or by holding the tubing, and keeps the Slastix Toner Tubing tight. This allows the athlete to perform powerful arm movements.
