These Fitterfirst Weeble Boards were developed by production staff at Fitterfirst, who wanted to improve their balance during their working days. This was the basis for a new advanced pair of balance boards that increase propriocieption and improve both sports and daily activities. Both weeble boards work independently and can be used to increase the difficulty of exercises such as squats and push-ups.
