Fit Stik Pro "FAT BAR"
The Fit-Stik Pro is a training tool for dynamic and explosive exercises. The Fit-Stik Pro is an aluminium bar with attachment points at both ends for various Slastix clips. Attach Slastix clips to one of the ends, creating resistance on this side. In this case, the body has to use a lot of muscle strength, coordination and trunk stability to compensate for the one-sided resistance.
As with exercises with other Slastix, the best training effect is obtained when the muscles are trained with both concentric and eccentric force. The Slastix can also be attached to both ends of the Fit-Stik Pro at the same time.
