The ProPulse® Power Vest Active is the lightest model in the ProPulse® range and is designed for everyday use, walking, fitness training, functional fitness and plyometric exercises. Instead of traditional weights, the vest uses 12 patented, spring-loaded ProPulse cartridges that move in sync with the body’s natural movements. 

With a total weight of approximately 4.5 kg (10 lb), a comfortable adjustable fit and an integrated phone and key pocket, the Active has been developed for versatile workouts. The vest comes with 12 removable ProPulse® cartridges and free access to online training programmes.
