The WeckMethod Rope is made of premium quality rope and comes with custom-made handles. The handles provide a great grip that you can also use for pull-ups and stretches! The advantage of just the rope - without swivels - is the connection it makes between your right and left hand; it acts as a constant feedback mechanism that allows you to compare both sides instantly.
