aerobis Battle Ropes are made of polyester and manufactured with a complex weaving technique. This makes them heavier than other training ropes and at the same time more flexible. A stabilising rope core is sewn to the outer layer, so the Battle Ropes always keep their shape. Moreover, aerobis Battle Ropes are UV-resistant and do not absorb water. Battle ropes from aerobis are therefore not only suitable for indoor workouts but can also be used in outdoor workouts.

How much space do I need?

If you want to train with Battle Ropes, you need about half the length of the rope as training space. In addition, you need two or three metres to the side at your position.

Which Battle Rope is best for me?

aerobis Battle Ropes are available in three diameters: 30 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm. The diameter of the rope directly affects the difficulty of the exercises because it determines the weight of the training rope. Thicker ropes require more effort and strength to make waves.

Beginners stick to the 30mm diameter variants. Battle Rope professionals go for the 40mm diameter variants.
