BOSU stands for Both Sides Utilised, meaning that both the convex and platform sides of the BOSU Balance Trainer can be used. The BOSU Balance Trainer is the perfect training product to add balance to any existing exercise. Balance is the start of every movement and helps us make movements purposeful and controlled.
